Registration with the University

Information, Training, and FAQs for Suppliers and Non-Suppliers
Through the UVA Marketplace Registration Portal, suppliers (vendors providing goods and services) will be able to provide all of the pertinent information that is needed in order for purchase orders to be placed by the University and for invoices to be paid and to update information through a secure portal.
Non-suppliers (research participants, individuals, including Medical Center employees seeking reimbursement or individuals receiving a monetary gift, and pre/post-doctorate fellows) will be able to provide all of the pertinent information needed before the University can make a payment, and to update information through a secure portal.
Suppliers and Non-suppliers must be invited by UVA to register. Once you receive an email invitation to register, please follow the instructions in the training job aids linked below.
